In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever.
DISGUSTING Smell, bedsheet had hairs and stain, room has moulds. They asked me to upgrade to get better room but it was worse and charged just because I requested clean room. TERRIBLE.

It was very good The room which was assigned to us was quite spacious with all amenities. Just need to add Slippers for guest along with Tea/Coffee shushes
