Great Value
The room was cost effective and not all cost effective hotels are worth the money you save. This hotel was worth the price. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great.

Room was extremely clean, staff was good enough, plenty of clean towels and sheets. The only drawback was how old the motel was. It needs updates drastically and some of the outlets are exposed.

Check in for the first time was a bit problematic. I have never had this problem w hotels.com. i had all the hotels.com check in confirmations but the hotel did not! I took a bit of digging by the on site front desk person to resolve what i would call an integration issue with you and the properties IT systems...

It was a great stay for the price. The breakfast was bagels, cereal, toast. They did have cuties. Small container of yogurt would be nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed here for one night during the snow storm. Our host Sharmane was absolutely magnificent. She made the check in process so easy and even came up to our room to help us get the TV to work. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The rooms are very clean and the parking was right outside our window which was a plus. The neighborhood was so quite and even though the rooms are inside the hallways remained pretty quiet.

The complimentary breakfast only had sugar foods. Donuts, sugar cereal, and bagels. Completely lacking any protein and fiber foods. Room was nice, clean, and warm.
