No elevator for 2nd floor stays
Outdated decor but clean and not too small. Were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator which would have been nice to know about before booking - lugging stuff up and down the stairs was not great.

The property is definitely dated but even then it was pretty clean and felt safe! It was in a convenient area with stores and restaurants near by. The views from the hotel were gorgeous on their own. Honestly, I would stay here again!

The stay was very average. Property is two floors - no lift. Breakfast (included) was in the main lobby area - only three tables for whole hotel. Some people ate from their lap on seats near check in area while others took food back to their room. Room was clean - decent bed. Location was good for outlet shopping and beautiful river walk.

Room seemed clean, smoke alarm beeping and was given a battery so we could replace. Breakfast was doughnuts and bagels and the one coffee dispenser was empty. Didn't need "luxury" but not worth the price.

Very average stay. Staff at front desk was friendly enough, however watching/listening to quite loud TV/etc on phones/computer, both at check in and check out, 2 different people, not professional. No table to sit at for breakfast (@ approx 8:30), very limited seating.
