Room was beautiful and clean overlooking the gorgeous pool. I traveled alone. The staff were so nice. And I was surprised at how delicious the food was. I stayed five days and would definitely stay there again. So close to the airport. Concierge also helped me book the perfect excursion and rent a car one day to go exploring.

The Staff at The Morgan were excellent; helpful, welcoming and friendly. The vibe was great and property beautiful. Beds were really comfortable and had good amenities. We stayed near the kitchen and it was very noisy until late at night and from early in the morning. The noise of the kitchen was on one side of us, and the poolside music on the other. It would be fine if you want to be out, but not great if you want to relax or sleep. The water was off for a bit early in the night too, it was off in the bathroom. But it was a short while in between our showers when we noticed, and came right back on. So, perhaps some maintenance was happening. The pool was beautiful and peaceful. However, there were a lot of glasses laying around the hottub area in the late morning. It was a Sunday though, so perhaps there's less staff or cleaning on that day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I would stay again, but request a room away from the kitchen area.

This was our second year at the Morgan. We loved it last year. This year the service has dropped off significantly. We rented the penthouse and literally had to call daily to get the room cleaned. The pool here is beautiful…if you could swim in it. The water temperature is way too cold. The hot tub feels like a Luke warm bath. The staff when asking a question send you from person to person to find your answers rather then doing the work for you. The staff around the pool are fantastic Winston and Gabriella really go out of there way to make your day relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful.

My room was not very clean at all. Also had a smell to it. The AC would turn on automatically at certain times and the room would become so cold during the early mornings. Although I left a tip for housekeeping each morning, the only thing done all 5 days was the bed made and new towels put out. My sheets wasn’t changed once. Nothing wiped clean and nothing vacuumed. The bathroom by the pool was often dirty as was the one in the lobby.

Pool was very nice. We didn't try the food. There's a few bars/restaurants and shops close by. For being at the airport it surprisingly wasn't too loud. I would recommend seeing other parts of the island. Room was clean. No complaints.

Our rating from our 4 night stay at the Morgan Resort is 4 stars. The positives, it's a beautiful resort and the ocean view is just as shown in the pictures. The rooms are spacious. The pool and grounds also nicely laid out. The live music by the Bar area Th through Sun was a nice touch. We had a car and the free valet parking is a great perk. The bellman were very courteous. The Morgan is located right next to Maho Beach so it's easy to see the planes landing, but impressively not that loud when in the Resort. Maho Beach does get crazy when the cruise ships are in. But there are plenty of shops, a grocery and restaurants are a short walk away. The not so positives, we only ate the Salt restaurant once, and the breakfast was very bland and the service quite slow. Our room was located above the Bar area and one evening over-served patrons carried on until almost 1am.And kept us awake. The Bar is supposed to close at 10pm. Overall, I would highly recommend the Morgan Resort.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they would not reimburse my credit card 1 night that we did not stay due to our airline cancelling our flight causing us to arrive 1 day later than originally booked. We booked though Expedia and Expedia was willing to provide us with a reimbursement but the hotel denied us.

I mean this place did the job...decent rooms and perfect location but the internet was brutal and power seemed to knock off and on a number of times. Also noise from other guests was kinda annoying but you cant blame hotel for that. I will say house keeping was wonderful and did a brilliant job on the room everyday.

The pool and views from every room were amazing. The SALT Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The room was very clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. Service was excellent and there was live music every night. Wish there was a beach on the property. Otherwise, you must go to Maho Beach which is where the planes fly over. It is cool, but not peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for. Free shuttle from the airport was so convenient and taxi service from the hotel to various excursions was easy to book. We felt this resort was well worth it.

Great location by Maho beach and the airport. Great food at the restaurant in the hotel and surrounding areas. My suite was beautiful with a large view and breathtaking view of both the beach and the pool.
