We have have stayed at the The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort a handful of times and it is the only place we will stay at when we visit St Maarten. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We ate at every restaurant they offered, and we were not disappointed. We took advantage of the little store there as well. Cant wait to visit again.

This is a great property nestled on a quiet calm beach. The resort offers a pool, exercise room, numerous restaurants, short walk to beach and excursion and car rentals desks in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and clean, providing all amenities needed for your stay. Great for families with children and large groups.

Love the homey but professional atmosphere of this hotel. The hotel was very clean and room service was on point daily. Food was good, there is a grocery and cafe on site. Parking was easy and safe. Front desk staff very very polite and helpful. Other staff very polite. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Nearby public buses make it easy to explore island and other beaches. We enjoyed room service many times after an adventurous day and were pleased by price and service. We will definitely return.

I like the location of the resort, it was close to convenient stores and restaurants and the airport. The place was clean and staff was friendly…however, the choices for food especially breakfast was the same thing every day. Not much variety or choices to choose from. Bovin steak restaurant was very good, staff there was very attentive. The bathrooms needed a little makeover, and there was no turn down service. The WiFi kept going off.
