Best airport stay ever
This is THE BEST airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were huge! If you’re staying in Singapore as part of a longer stay, make sure to book a few extra nights to enjoy this hotel thoroughly! Thank you to the reception staff (very annoyed I can’t remember the gentleman’s name - I believe it may be Zenai). We were a big group of 7 and we all received great service, a few had room upgrades and we were able to have a late check out as our flight was so late. Thank you to the staff here at Crowne Plaza, you are all so brilliant. My personal opinion looking at everyone’s rooms, the pool view is better than the runway view.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The room was also impeccable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Within easy walking distance to T3 and the Jewel shopping complex as well as the T1 and T2 Sky Trains. The only negative was the inability to extend our stay for a few hours at no cost. Our flight in was delayed by 6 hours and we eventually arrived at 3am. We asked the front desk if we could extend our checkout by 4 hours to 4pm but was told that it would cost and extra SGD175. On a positive we could still use the pool after we checked out.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They allowed us to have access to the pool while we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived very early) and kindly delivered our bags to our room for us. They also delivered an extra bed quilt upon request . The room was quiet, cool and dark and we slept very well.

Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!
