Wet toilet and shower combination should be stated in your room descriptions. Not everyone likes wet feet in the middle of the night when using the toilet. Also, once a stay towel changing should also be mentioned

Almost perfect
Nice hotel, only problem is getting to the room is long winded. First there is a wheelchair lift to go up and then there is 3 extremely busy lifts… to go up and down the lift took me over 15 mins.

This property recently changed hands, and staff were new and relatively novice. My room was n/a when I arrived late after landing after midnight, and it took nearly 45min to secure a room. The room allocated to me had a busted safe which was noisy and it was clear the room had not been used in a while given its state (moldy smell). I had to change rooms at that late hour, and staff graciously upgraded me given the inconvenience. Not an overall pleasant arrival, but it was rectified.

Super friendly front desk staff. Made several requests which were accommodated promptly and with a smile. Rooms are very small but well designed and fine for two for a few nights. Great bedding and nice toiletries. Highly recommend if interested in a quiet, walkable area of the city.

Hotel was ok, in a really nice area and I thought the gym was great. Really close to station and cafes and the taxi pick up and drop off was efficient. Only downside was there was a lot of construction work, no fridge, WiFi was unrealisable and 3 times I had staff enter the room while I was in the room. Thankfully after the first time I had put the latch on the door because the second time I was in the shower and told them I’m in the shower and they called again minutes later. The receptionist did call to apologise after the first incident and offered a late checkout which was nice.

The place is newly renovated and very chic in decorating style. Lots of eateries nearby. The room is small but very efficient with space utilisation. Only issue is that not too many taxi drivers know the drop off is actually on the second floor of the parking garage (no stopping zone in front of the hotel)

Very nice, perfect size for solo travelers. Check in was super easy and was able to keep my belongings safe there while visiting the city. Perfect walking distance to train station and food.

Not sure if it's due to the imminent takeover by Lfy, but we faced unexpected restrictions during our stay which was not communicated before booking. 1) No drinking water provided. Guests were asked to drink from the tap instead. Yes, I know Singapore's water standards are among the highest in the world. It's the decades-old pipes in the building I don't trust! There isn't even a proper kettle to boil tap water to set aside for drinking! 2) Housekeeping only provided once a week! Only towel changes or minor cleanup allowed before the 1-week limit is up. These policies come across as extremely petty, stingy and short-sighted, marring our stay. I thought I had paid for a full-service hotel, but it turned out to be just one step above a backpacker's hostel. Would never stay here again.
