The hotel is so under staff, when we arrived with 10 luggages and bags, there is NO ONE to assist. We had to bring up all luggages ourselves via stairs. This is not acceptable.

Easy walk to Universal. Straight across the road is Imbiah station, Starbucks, KFC, seven eleven. Breakfast is ok. You have to book a time which is slightly annoying when on holidays. Ala carte menu to choose from. Rooms were clean and tidy

The hotel staff are really nice and it is connected to other Far East group hotel therefore can share the other hotel’s swimming pool. The hotel is right by the Sentosa Monorail Imbiah station and it has the Sensory walk by night time which is really pretty and beautiful. Hotel is very clean and great for family and kids.

We booked and paid for a room to sleep 4 people, it had a bed for 2 people and nothing else. We arrived in middle of the night after a delayed flight and were too exhausted to do anything so accepted the fold out bed they brought and the pillow and sheet for the less than comfortable mini couch.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close by to the train station, with easy access to the Vivo City Mall, Resort World, attractions and restaurants. The hotel room was clean. comfortable and spacious. The front staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. The porters were great.

Stayed in the junior suite which was comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was ala-carte, not buffet style for this hotel, good selection but portions were not large. Had access to the pool at Village hotel which was operated by the same company, will recommend going there as it was much bigger and more fun, with great views of the ocean.
