Great customer service, really friendly & accommodating staff. Limited breakfast options and had loud guests in rooms nearby due to stopover nature of hotel, (which the hotel can’t help) but something to be mindful of, if you have flights to catch the next day.

The property itself was amazing, staff were so attentive, nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to make our stay. Rooms were excellent and location is very central to Chinatown, Marina Bay and Lau Pa Sat Satay market right next door! We'll definitely be back! Well some QT Singapore!!

QT is a lovely hotel in a great location. Right across the street from a huge hawker center with tons of dining options. Convenience store right next door for less expensive options for snacks in your room. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant quite limited options and pretty expensive. The staff were very helpful and pleasant calling for cabs and helping us book tours. Definitely recommend staying here.

We weren’t sure what to think when we booked the hotel (other than the location was decent). However, the moment we stepped in, we realized that this hotel was something special. The room was amazing, and the location was so convenient - within 5 minute walk to three different metro stations. We are so happy that we booked there, and look forward to staying there again during our next visit.

Property has recently reopened after an approximate 3 month refurb that has provided a very glamorous appealing clean decor. All staff were pleasant, accommodating and aways offered a friendly greeting on return. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Heritage staycation in the middle of CBD
I had a two-night staycation at the QT Hotel with my partner recently. We were looking for boutique hotel in the city and got curious about the place when we read it was going to open just a couple of weeks before our planned dates. The decor of the hotel both in the public areas and in our room is beautiful and we loved the high ceiling with indirect mood lighting. The use of light tones and mirrors in the room also added to the sense of space. Even though the room is on the smaller side, there is a separate foyer area with wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with shower. The bathroom amenities were good, but the same cannot be said for some of the fixtures. Both shower and the sink use a tap with a single handle to control flow and temperature. While the handle had a large range of motion for temperature, the actual adjustment from cold to hot happened in a very short part of the range. This made adjusting the temperature while showering a very precise operation. Everything in the room is controlled with an iPad dedicated for this purpose. While the concept is great, the implementation had some bugs, worst being the iPad screen brightness being reset to maximum constantly. Being blinded by the screen in the morning when trying to open the curtains wasn't the most pleasant way to wake up. Regardless of these small issues we enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Lau Pa Sat is just next door and the rooftop pool gives a different perspective for the CBD skyscrapers.

QT Singapore is in a fantastic location, right across the street from Satay Street. With the hotel being so new, there are a few teething problems, however, the staff went out of their way to make sure any issues were rectified. The rooms themselves are not very big. I stayed in a deluxe twin with a friend. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub but the actual bedroom section is a bit small. Having said that, you’re not in the room for that long anyway. The rooftop pool is a great place to unwind during the hottest parts of the day. I would definitely stay at the QT Singapore again.

5 STARS BOUTIQUE as it's best
I've been on a Team incentive with my entire Team and we just loved it. The staff was not only friendly and helpful, they really have been outstanding and tried at every time to help with all our requests in the most amazing way. I lost my phone at a Taxi and got really annoyed, but they managed to handle all the steps to get it back within time. The rooms are well designed, the linen feels great and the supplies are great as well. There is a lot of love in little details of the decoration, the minibar supplies and a lot of other aspects. The Bar Team was also super helpful and gave us plenty of tips for food and drinks all over Singapore. We loved their choices and felt at any time really home and welcome. I'll definitely come back.
