The Fullerton is a wonderful property. Staff are friendly, while always professional. The rooms exceed expectations. Great beds, linens, spacious and luxurious bathrooms. The location, right on the Singapore River, cannot be beat. Short walk to top museums and Lay Pa Sat hawker center. Only one minor nit - better lighting over luggage area would be great.

A classic place, all should stay here, nice fitness center but could use more free weights, I had to call them twice about my luggage which was misplaces and they should level floors from room. To bathroom as the slight marble elevation tripped me walking in and about threw my back out walking out I put a towel in fromt of entry and that helped

Not disbled friendly - steps to get in, then have to cross large lobby to check in before coming all way back for lifts. Not shown to room which is amazing in hotel of this standard. Things needed explaining like heated toilet seat, cable tv. Steep steps down into suite and in Club Booked large corner suite with view - from 2 of the windows could only see stone balustrade unless lay on floor. I hate room misdescription Best thing was Straits club - although far too many children were allowed in. Staff were excellent & food/drink selection very good. Best of the staff was Quinn but thanks to you all for looking after us so well Bath had an anti slip inbuilt floor which is very uncomfortable - even worse if slide down. Eco toiletries fine but how do I wash my hair in bath when shampoo attached to wall in shower. Hardly eco if I have to have both
