Always pleasant service at front office . The bathroom lighting is a bit dim for doing makeup . They also do not provide bottled water. But there’s a good supermarket downstairs where one can shop for necessities . Other than that, I enjoyed staying there and have always stayed there when I’m on transit through Singapore.

Good, more affordable hotel in a nice area
Nice, more affordable hotel in Singapore. Transport into town very good using the MRT (tube train) waiting for the final connection to make the trip to and from the airport good too. Good sized pool, nice food, good level of service. The hotel is slightly tired and the walls are thinner than ideal.

The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel well looked after. They stored our luggage after checkout and provided us a shower room to get freshened up before our flight. The hotel does need a bit of freshening up from the outside but inside was clean and tidy. Great location, quick walk to trains and buses as well as plenty of dining options.

Rooms were mouldy and smelly. We had two rooms both of which visually looked fine but smelt of mould on further looking you could see the mould had just been painted over. There were used ear cleaners in the bathroom and the bedding was stained. Common areas outside of the entrance are very worn with stained and ripped carpets throughout. Breakfast for the cost was very underwhelming. If you must stay here save your money and eat at one of the cafes in the adjoining shopping complex.

Exceptional service and convenient location
Arrived late on Friday evening for 1 night ans had super fast and friendly check in with Aniqua. As it was our anniversary and birthday through the kindness of Aniqua and his manager we were given an upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable and in a corner so it was a nice big balcony. Conveniently located between city and the airport it made it easy to go to hawker markets and comfortably get to the airport in about 12 mins. The only thing I could suggest is to fix the Toto Japanese automated toilet. The functions other than flush weren’t working. A small mall with coffee shop, grocery, laundry and massage is attached. It’s not the fanciest hotel we’ve stayed in but great value for money, exceptional service we would definitely stay again and recommended to others.
