I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time in a week, and I must say that the experience did not meet my expectations, especially given the recurrence of certain issues. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the state of the hotel’s exterior. The trash bins were overflowing, and cigarette butts littered the ground, which gives a very negative first impression. This lack of exterior maintenance is not reflective of a respectable establishment. As for the reception service, it also leaves much to be desired. The receptionist, busy with a personal phone conversation, ignored my presence. She continued chatting while saying she had to hang up to handle a check-in. It’s disconcerting to see such a lack of professionalism and hospitality. It raises the question: is there a manager at this hotel? However, there is a silver lining to this establishment. The housekeeping staff stands out for their professionalism and efficiency. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was always smiling, contributing to a more pleasant stay. In summary, this hotel needs a serious reevaluation of its customer service and exterior maintenance. While the cleanliness of the rooms is a positive point, the overall experience is marred by unfriendly staff and poor hygiene conditions outside. I’m not sure if I would return for a third stay unless significant changes are made.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception suite à mon séjour à l'hôtel. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été loin d'être à la hauteur de mes attentes. Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été tout simplement inacceptable. Le personnel à la réception était grossier et peu accueillant, ce qui a immédiatement laissé une mauvaise impression. Selon le site internet de l'hôtel, les chambres sont censées être accessibles à partir de 14h. Pourtant, malgré mon arrivée à 15h30, notre chambre n'était toujours pas prête. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir y accéder, ce qui est inexcusable après un long voyage. De plus, les abords de l'hôtel laissaient beaucoup à désirer. Les poubelles débordaient de détritus, donnant un aspect négligé et sale à l'établissement. C'était vraiment déplaisant et ne donnait pas envie de prolonger le séjour. Je tiens toutefois à souligner que la chambre, une fois accessible, était confortable. Cependant, ce point positif ne suffit pas à compenser l'ensemble des aspects négatifs de mon séjour. En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et j'espère que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer l'accueil et la propreté des lieux.

Es hat soweit alles gut geklappt, bin nicht zum ersten Mal dort gewesen. Leider hat es mit der Air Condition nicht so gut geklappt, dass Zimmer war etwas zu warm zum schlafen.

Hello Marco,We thank you for choosing Moxy Sion once again and for your feedback. Our air-cooling system is according to the Swiss law on the natural cooling system using groundwater. Article 382/1 lays down the requirements for room air temperature and other comfort features. The room temperature is automatically set according to the outside temperature and opening the window automatically switches off the cooling system. The is not an air-conditioning system but a natural method which was put in place with the goal of helping reduce the effects of climate change.
