Fully equipped, independent residence in a traditional, newly renovated house in the picturesque village of Glossa. Very close to local shops, restaurants, cafes and tavernas, with a magnificent sea view and all the amenities you may need to enjoy your stay and actively engage in the local lifestyle.
The house features three levels - on the first level bedroom with bathroom and closets, on the second open plan kitchen living room and on the third, overlooking the living room, a small bedroom with two beds that can form a single one.
On the balcony, there is the characteristic very small toilet you see in all traditional houses of Glossa and the washing machine.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Agios Ioannis Beach. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.

Wunderbar renovierte Unterkunft
Ich habe selten in einem so gut eingericheten Haus mit allem Komfort gewohnt. Tolle Renovierung! Modern(st)e Geräte, incl. Dunstabzugshaube und viele sehr attraktive Details. Nicht nur in der Küche mit allem ausgestattet, überall z.B. auch Fliegengitter. Sehr schön ist insbesondere die in der Mitte gelegene Wohnküche mit Ausgang zum Balkon, mit Meerblick; diese Etage hatte für mich ein besonderers Flair. Sehr hübsche Blumen, die mit dem Haus als Photomotiv für Touristen dienen-). Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort / von den Eltern der Vermieterin, die im Dorf geboren sind und in der Nähe wohnen. Nicht nur werden Öl etc. zur Verfügung gestellt, auch Kuchen bei Zwischenreinigung zurückgelassen-). Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen, es ist nicht weit vom bekannten Restaurant Agnanti und dem Platz Louki entfernt, damit nicht abgeschieden und auch nicht weit zu einem Supermarkt, den beiden Bäckereien, der Apotheke, den Restaurants/Cafes, der Bus- und Taxihaltestelle, dem Bankomaten, zu den Parkplätzen an der Hauptstrasse zu gehen. Weil man mit dem Auto nur beschränkt/nicht zufahren kann, wird die Strasse von den Anrainern im Dorf (teils auch mit lauteren) Mofas/Motorbikes befahren - das könnte je nach Häufigkeit und eigenem Empfinden ein Wermutstropfen beim Aufenthalt sein.
