A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again.

Staff very attentive, cheeful and helpful. Rooms a little tired but compfirable, spacious and quiet. Hot breakfast selection good but fresh fruit salad was warm this morning. A few fruit flies around the bar/restaurant.

Hotel was good. However i went there late without a reservation and asked if i could book a room for the night. then he told me i couldn't ask at reception for a room i had to go away and book online. The rest of the stay was ok.

They charge you to park your car in their car park
I stayed with a colleague as he was flying into Heathrow that evening abs we had a mooring flight the next day. The hotel is a fairly standard chain hotel. They were keen to close the bar early, which while I wasn't that bothered about drinking more than the one beer I had, we were watching the football. The other major annoyance was the car parking, I hate hotels that charge parking in addition, I had paid for my stay, don't take the piss.

We had a lovely stay at the Copthorne Slough. Staff are incredibly welcoming and child-friendly, the facilities are perfect especially for those with young children as we could easily take advantage of the swimming pool and the family rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge amongst other things. The food is also very family friendly and service is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
