Check in was smooth as butter. The nice gentleman at the counter walked me to the door to the hallway to my room, a very nice touch. The room was a bit colder than I prefer, and when I attempted to turn the heat on it blew cold air. Overall, this was a VERY reasonable cost hotel for the amenities. HUGE bathtub, big room, comfortable bed and pillows. If you are trying to stay close to London Heathrow Airport give this one a go! Head up: The hotel has recently rebranded or was bought by B&B or a similar name. There is no "Colnbrook Hotel" name anywhere on this build and that made directions and my arrival confusing at first.

Checked in at 2 am with limited hours to sleep. It was 33°f in London and the room had no heat, they did provide a tiny space heater but it was after 3am before that got sorted out because there are no in room phones to contact the front desk. I set my alarm for 11 to sleep as much as I could and low and behold construction started at 8 am. Loud banging and impossible to sleep. Waste of my money I should have slept in the terminal. At least I wouldn't have wasted my money and time traveling to the hotel.

Not very good,
This was evidently a newly remodeled room. There were very few electrical outlets and no charging ports. There was no box of tissues. I had a cold and had to blow my now into toilet paper. ugh. There are no convenience stores in the area and there was no shop or even a vending machine in the hotel for a snack or a forgotten necessity. No ice either. The desk clerks were nice but gave conflicting information about what was in the neighborhood for restaurants (Indian and Thai, not my preference when traveling). Luckily there is Uber Eats becasue this hotel had nothing. Nothing. Very disappointing. Hospitality? Nope. Barely a room. And no house phone, you can't even call the desk to ask a qustion. In all, no, I would not stay there again.
