We came there to celebrate our Anniversary, the draw for us was the pool, however the pool was so cold we could not enjoy it. Very disappointing for us. The room was nice, there was nothing on TV worth watching. The coffe pot did not work in our room. The staff were very nice polite and accomodating. The breakfast was quite substantial.

Overall a nice property. Only complaint would be that there was a decent bit of noise transfer (both from the hallway noise and from the adjacent rooms). Staff was also pleasent to deal with. There is a shoppers drug mart right next to it so thats a plus if you need to grab something

Clean and safe

This is one of two hotels in Carlton Place. If you are staying for a night or two it's ok. The walls and floors are so thin and poorly made. You can hear everything! I was given an adjoining room which I don't love and I heard the entire conversation of my neighbours. Elephants feel like they are above you if you are not on the top floor. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and the breakfast included is decent. For a quick stay it did the job but the sleep wasn't great because this hotel is so cheaply constructed. Pack some ear plugs.
