Very nice and fairly updated. USB ports would be handy in the rooms as most hotels have them and we didn’t bring blocks for our phone chargers for that reason. Also no where to get drinks or snacks as the vending machine is broken and only had drinks. Other then that very nice hotel with great staff

We choose rooms in this hotel because they offered a pool and hot tub. Neither the pool or hot tub were functioning and our arrival was too late to change hotels. Thank you for breakfast.

I was given a disgusting room the first night. Air conditioning unit was very noisy and traffic noise noise kept us from getting a restful sleep. The carpet and curtains were dirty. I tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. I complained in the morning and they gave a very nice room.

Same breakfast 3 days and no housekeeping
No change in breakfast menu for 3days in a row. 1st day was house keeping , 2nd day was nothing. 3rd day same. Access cards stopped working, had to come down to desk no apology just "ok"
