Clean quiet motel which is perfect for a quick overnight stop. Not far from downtown Brockville which is beautiful, historic and has some great dining options. Homestead restaurant across the street also friendly and serves a good breakfast.

The first night was terrible, drunks outside and kicking our door. Complained next day and were moved. It was difficult for my wife recovering from surgery. We feel we shouldn't have had to pay for that night as we were not causing the trouble. Our new room was nice but smaller. Had a lovely view of the water, but was not cleaned for the 4 nights we were there. Not sure we'd stay again, although we had stayed before.

The breakfast area and the options for breakfast was absolutely amazing, we had a room with a private balcony which was very nice for us to enjoy our morning coffees, the view of the lake early in the morning was a nice scenery, and the front desk staffs were all nice, we enjoyed our stay

This is an affordable hotel for a stop over for a day or two. Friendly staff and good assortment of items for breakfast. Easy to park and close proximity to downtown, shopping and waterfront. The units are a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable.
