Siisti mutta remontin tarpeessa
Huoneisto on siisti ja tilavat. Kylpyhuone kuitenkin on huonossa kunnossa ja vaatisi remonttia. Tuulikaapin ovenkahva rikki, joten ovea ei saa suljettua eikä avattua sisäpuolelta. Keittiön varusteluna asunnon koko huomioon ottaen heikko, vain hyvin pieniä kattiloita ja paistinpannuja, eikä lainkaan esim. uunivuokaa.

Huone ok, autonlämmitys ei.
Huone siisti, tv toimi, vedenkeitin oli, eli ok. Autoa en saanut lämmitettyä koska pistorasia rikki, pakkasta yli 10 astetta vain onneksi, jos olisi ollut edellisten päivien -30 astetta, olisi tullut hätä.

숙박당일 크리스마스 이브여서 그런지 소단퀼레 아파트먼트에서 말한 키수령장소인 그릴드키오스크에 사람이 없어 많은 어려움을 겪었다. 숙박업소측에서 전화를 받지 않아 국제전화로 호텔스닷컴 상담원을 통해 소단퀼레 아파트먼트 옆 마트에서 키를 수령할 수 있다고 하여 갔으나 S마트에서도 사람이 전혀없어 키를 받을 수 없었다. 크리스마스 이브날 교회에 사람이 있을 것으로 기대하고 찾아가 한 가족을 만났는데 그분들이 친절하게 이곳저곳 전화를 걸어보시고 결국 키가 아파트 측면 우체통 같이 보이는 곳에 넣어 둔것을 확인하시고 우리 가족을 안내하여 키를 찾아 우리에게 전달해 주셨다. 소단퀼레에 도착한지 5시간만에 숙소에 들어갈 수 있었다. 숙속안이 다소추워 호텔스닷컴 측에 개선을 요청하는 메일을 보내자 26일 크리스마스 연휴가 지나 숙박관리인이 찾아와 온도를 높여주고 냄비가 너무 작다는 이야기를 듣고 큰 냄비와 마음의 표시라며 큰 초코렛 두개를 사주셨다. 주변이 조용하고 경치가 좋았고, 사람들은 대체로 친절했다.

Minulle oli yllätys, että mitään aamupalaa ei kuulu tuohon hintaan. Huone oli erittäin pieni ja vessa oli yhteinen.
