The staff is a bit slow to understand things. Repeatedly asked for a coffee with milk and I guess that was hard to understand so I kept getting a cold espresso: location is not great.

The staff was mostly very nice, with one exception. Our room was quite comfortable. Food was okay, but could be better. Hot foods at breakfast were often almost cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.

Lovely hotel but poor service
The service is poor. Staff are not friendly or helpful. One example is no milk in the bedrooms even though they provide a kettle and coffee machine. Trying to get milk which I collected myself from the restaurant was very hard. Be careful also with spa - it's not included and comes with a high charge.

Excellent hotel, fantastic room with a view of Sofia! Great breakfast and and good location, close to everything. Only thing that let us down is that spa access was not included… which was not clear at the point of booking. Hotel guests should not have to pay €40 per person for 2 hours access, that is outrageous. The guest relations lady was fantastic and extremely helpful
