The trip was nice until the last day. Went to sleep, and woke up to slugs in my bed. My fiancé was terrified. Although I was given a partial refund and an explanation due to the surroundings, she is still terrified and does not want to book another hotel any time in the future. :-(

Meh.
Convenient location, but the lady at check in had several kids with her while working and the room felt dirty. Sheets had stains, walls had cracks and breaks and was afraid to walk on carpet barefoot. Glad management put up a sign asking people to stop putting rocks in the back door jam, but instead to keep it locked.

The hotel is in a great spot with beautiful water views. The front desk staff wasn’t great. No one was at the desk when I walked in. I rang the bell and waited. Then again and again. I rang the bell five times over five minutes and no one came. I then called the number to the hotel and still no one came to the desk until I called a second time. That was frustrating. The room was questionable when it comes to being clean. There were mascara stains on the pillow cases. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair in the bed, the vents were dirty, there was no mattress protector, and some of the towels had noticeable dirt on them. The fridge was kind of yucky too.

The walls were stained, the ceiling had two spots that were peeling and stained. The bathroom door was a bit moldy, peeling and the bathroom was dirty. The towels were even stained. It was a rundown property.

The fire alarm went off several times during the night, and when I mentioned in on check out, the lady simply said she knew nothing about it. The man who checked me in the night before was very helpful, but the lady who checked me out was the opposite. My room had a fairly stale odor.

Terrible.
The hotel staff was not friendly, they did not even greet us. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. There were dirty wash clothes laying in the hallway and they remained there for our entire stay.

This motel was advertised as pet friendly. However, when I showed up for my reservation with my dog, I was turned away by staff as they mentioned they are actually NOT pet friendly, despite being aware that sites advertise it as pet friendly. The entire building smells like cigarettes and is dirty. I could not recommend a motel less than this one.

great location right on the marina. however, terrible accommodations…stained linens, peeling/chipped paint on walls, doors, and ceilings, stains in shower, toilet seat damaged. does not appear to have any maintenance or upkeep
