I booked a stay for 9 nights. I was working away from home. My job ended 2 nights early and i requested a refund for those nights. The"front desk manager" was extremely rude and stated he would not refund the nights as i booked through Expedia, had i booked directly from the hotel it would be no problem. This makes no sense as Expedia was more than willing to issue the refund and they had enough notice to rebook that room. Everyone is struggling check to check these days I'm appalled at the attitude i received and the outcome as it seemed as if it was possible but they refused. He refused to give me his name or his supervisor contact info.

I didn’t like the location. It looked a little sketchy to me. Also, the town carpet was dirty and stained. There were patches on the wall where the wall needed maintenance. Overall, the place was not appealing to me.

I have stayed here on many occasions in the last few years and have never been disappointed. Staff is excellent no matter what shift you have to talk to. Between the app and points you can earn I have stayed a few days on the house.

I was given a handicap accessible room for some reason. That was a different experience for me. The breakfast was minimal but good. I wanted to walk to the train station but was advised against it, especially after dark.
