This property cancelled my reservation on the same day and insisted they called me yet I did not have any missed calls or voicemail from them. When I asked the front desk person what I should do given that this was the homecoming weekend for RU and it was difficult to get a replacement room elsewhere or the price would be at least double the price of my weeks-early reservation, the employee just repeated that they were overbooked. Expedia-i have never, in my years of using your service, experienced this unprofessionalism from your hotel partners. Drop this partner! It's the most awful experience I have ever had in my many travels!

This was a last minute booking, customer service has been a plus during my stay, Crystal, Jazmine and Sherry give hotel customer service at Extended Stay 100 % comfortable. These ladies go beyond to help your stay as comfortable as possible!! I like that it was easy to find this hotel and it was in a very quite and secure area, the unique thing about this place is it is 1 minute away from a shopping plaza with resturants. The front desk staff was nice and this hotel was very quite. I didnt like that once you enter it smell like cigarettes and the hallways smells like it as well. My room was very clean and comfortable. My room did not smell like cigarettes and the reason i say this is because even though its a none smaoking room i was very skeptical of how the room will smell because of how the elevator and hallways smell like cigarettes.

I was just here last night on 9/21 and stayed one night. Upon arrival it appeared to be a nice hotel, however I was immediately turned off by a woman smoking a cigarette just a couple feet from the main entrance. During check-in, i couldn’t help but notice a really bad smell of cigarettes. I thought the smell would disipaste once we entered our room but it did not. The room was very stuffy so I turned on the AC. To my surprise the AC automatically shuts off completely once it reaches the desire temperature. There was a lot of rift raft throughout the entire premise which didn’t make me feel very safe and leads me to believe that most of the guests live there as there was constant running in the floor above us; not the mention the constant barking of multiple dogs. I’ll be honest I didn’t feel entirely safe. The tub had an issue where it appeared to be clogged since the water was going down at an extremely slow pace. I’m not a very picky person; just a mom wanting a night out with my boyfriend however, I will not return here. I guess you get what you pay for.

We have stayed at other Extended Stay properties but this was the worst by far! Dingy, very old, not updated in what seems like years or even decades, no utensils in the room (have to go ask the reception for even simple things like plates, spoons).
