Carpets need cleaning. Mutiple stains and musty odor. Toilets needed to be flushed mutiple times after use. Hot water in shower was also an issue. Was not pleased for the price that I paid. Woll not stay there again

la pisicna esta llena de bleach lejia , no puedes nada ni respirar ese olor puedes sentirlo desde q entras al hotel , mis hijos tuvieron ardor en los ojos y no podian respirar y estornudaban mucho , no pudimos pasar una buena estadia asi q tuve q sacarlos por q piscina y hot tub era falta sucio y insano con ese clorox muy alto . llegue al hotel sepatre una habitacion para 6 personas y me dijeron q sorry q no hay la reservacion la hise una semana antes y a ellos eso no les importa simplemente es negocio para ellos no les importan los huespedes .. vacaciones terribles .... asi q esta es la ultima vez q estare en ese hotel , NO LO RECOMIENDO !

If the hotel didn't have homeless people living there, it would have been better. My family and I stayed there for three nights. We went to breakfast and there was a very smelly homeless man in the breakfast area asking for help to get food and he stunk really bad. Another morning, there was an Indian woman putting her hand in the food so I decided not to eat breakfast. Yuck!! The food was also stale. Who knows, they probably reused all the leftovers. Also, the kind of people staying there made it a total turnoff to stay there. BUT, the staff was nice, the lobby, and the rooms were clean. Oh, another annoying thing was that the AC kept going on and off literally every 2 minutes. I really don't see us staying here again. Will find a better hotel in a better area and that doesn't also have homeless people staying there.
