Do not book this hotel on Expedia. Room was pre-paid on Expedia 2 months before trip. They sold room before arrival at the hotel for the ‘guaranteed’ room and said the hotel was booked. Lobby stunk like weed and was dirty. Parking lot full of trash. Rude front desk. Guessing short-staffed because they have to pay for a full-time security guard to sit in the lobby. DO NOT BOOK HERE - YOU WILL NOT HAVE A ROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

The staff was great! This was one of the best stays I have had at Holiday Inn. Checking in was easy and the woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was very clean. Checking out was easy and fast.

Do not swim in the pool!! Too much chlorine my kids wound up getting a reaction to it! My daughter has bug bites all over her. I asked for towels three times, no towels. Do not book through booking. Com if you pay an installment they are still going to charge you full price when you get there. The entire hotel reeks of pot! I thought no smoking is allowed, but it smelled horrible. Also I asked several times about the Wi-Fi password. I had to use my hotspot so my kids can play on there tablets.

A few hours of swimming in this pool cost my entire family chlorine poisoning we’ve been sick for days. The chlorine had my kids unable to rest from coughing and sneezing. My eye was swollen from irritation and choked until I had to vomit the first night. Careless to safely monitor the levels of chlorine in a 3 feet pool ideally for kids. We couldn’t stay the night because of the discomfort I spoke to the manager the next morning from home she defended this behavior. I was told I would get at a min a refund for this nightmare.
