This place was a good stay. It did the job and served a purpose for us. We were in town for a couple days visiting family and friends. Front desk was nice - I think his name was John was able to let my Husband and I check in early with no issues. We got a clean room. No complaints. Great customer service no issues. It was noisy because we were facing the highway but im use to noise so it didnt bother us. It had microwave, fridge dishwasher etc, the shower pressure could have been stronger but it served its purpose. No complaints from us.

Been here frequently over month I like it staff are really nice nice rooms reasonably priced as well room could’ve been a little cleaner and the doors do seem to slam very loudly can be disturbing sometime but other than that it’s overall a good hotel to stay at it’s also near all different types of stores

This place should not be advertised as a hotel as it more feels like a hostel or dorm. You need to open even the main entrance door with room key, or be buzzed in first time (need to wait until reception gets back to the front desk first). It gives you the idea about the safety around here. Yes, it has a small kitchen and larger fridge, but not even a small coffee machine to make coffee. It was not cheap either. It is all laminated floors so at least no filthy carpets. I cannot imagine the place with carpeted floors. It probably would have smelled like urine all over the place-it just gives you that kind of a vibe. I was never reminded of no smoking this many times at registration- I am not a smoker anyways. Another clue to most of the frequent guest portfolio. Next time, I will spend $20 more and stay at a hotel room, even 1 star would be better, honestly.

DONT BOTHER! ITS A SHELTER!
It was horrible! Front desk NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! They told me I would NOT be able to book another stay BECAUSE SOMEONE NEEDED THE ROOM DUE TO THEM BEING BOOKED! This is not a hospital! I shouldn't have to leave because I call (now they finally answer) downstairs in the morning to let them know I'm staying due to housekeeping knocking on the door. It was like playing 'Tag' you're it! I called, so I get the Grand Prize of leaving! I didn't know this Hotel is also used as a boarding house/shelter. It is very loud, dogs, people late at night in the parking lot. Seems like Blk people are always on the 3rd or 4th fl. I gave them a couple chances. Same thing! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

There is a kitchen in the rooms, but unfortunately there are very few dishes, we specially ordered the kitchen to cook ourselves, but there was only a small frying pan from the dishes
