Stay in this sumptuous villa in Hossegor, nestled in the heart of a quiet, chic neighborhood. An elegant and comfortable living space for 8 people, ideal for a unique experience on the edge of the Golf course.

This exceptional property comprises :

- a large wooded park of 1000m² featuring a private swimming pool (secured by a fence) with sun loungers, a relaxation area with sofas, and three terraces with dining areas,
- an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with (decorative) fireplace and access to a terrace, and a dining room opening onto the pool,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (large stove, coffee machine, ice machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, with direct access to the park via French windows,
- an adjoining studio with its own entrance, a queen-size bed (160cm), a dining area and a small kitchen, also overlooking the park,
- a work desk,
- solarium,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- high chair, cot, children's books,
- fan, central heating, carbon monoxide detector,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, books,
- parking for 3 cars. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The first floor of the house is not accessible to guests.
