Mettere il punteggio minimo perchè non essere riuscito nell'intento di ricevere un rimborso (la trariffa che Lei ha scelto era appunto non rimborsabile e come tale in caso di impossibilità non è previsto nessun rimborso) è veramente non molto piacevole.
