This hotel smelled awful! As soon as you walked in the door it smelled musty. But then when we got in our room it was 10 times worse!! I cant believe it has 8 stars!! I would never stay there again!

The building smelled of stale smoke and fast food. Carpets were dirty, sofa and bedspreads were stained and every surface was greasy and sticky.

The carpeting in the lobby and stairs is ridiculously dirty. Rooms were better. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking any protein choices. Parking lot was well lit, but so bright that it was the nightlight around the curtains in our room. It was quiet.

Service was horrible. The panel fell off the wall exposing pipes. The manager is so rude. I've stayed multiple times at this hotel trying to give them chances but it's awful. Never again.
