This was a great place stay with views of the Black River and all the boats traveling on the river. Close to the downtown and the beaches. It’s a great place to come and relax. We saw some wonderful sunsets and some great waves crashing against the lighthouse.

Beautiful setting and very clean. Home decor tastefully done and outdoor spaces amazing. The couch needs replacing (not the one pictured in the listing) and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom isn’t the best. I would recommend replacing the carpeting in the living room. Otherwise wonderful!!

Wonderful place to stay. Quaint, peaceful, and quite, which is exactly what we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Walkable to downtown restaurants, shops, the beach, and the lighthouse. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck/patio facing the river at the start and end our days there. It was a lovely retreat for my husband and I for a quick getaway from home. It felt exactly like a beach vacation but only a couple hours away instead of a full day's worth of travel. We'll definitely be back.

A Mother Daughter Mini Vacation

We easily went to the beach, walked to the Blueberry Festival events, the downtown shops, and the movie theater. A short drive got us groceries and Sherman’s ice cream. Each time we returned to this lovely, comfortable, well organized condo an “Ahh” was expressed from each of us. From the provided coffee in the morning to our Scrabble games in the evening we felt very much at home. Watching the sunrise over the river from the condo and walking to see the sunset over the lake added to the enjoyment of this stay. Communication with Chad was considerate, quick, and helpful. From the booking of the condo and questions beforehand and during our stay to when we returned home, everything was dealt with kindly. We lived in South Haven from 1980 to 1991. Each year from 1992 to now we have spent a day, a few days, a week in this town renting a place to stay. We have special memories of those times. This condo ranks high in comparison to places we have stayed. We would return!

This is a perfect little place to stay if you want to be close to the action of both downtown and the beach. Great sunrises in the morning on the patio decks. Watch the boats go by on the river. Clean and quiet. Host was very communicative.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband I and stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip and it was perfect! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the view of the river was great! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching boats go by, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect for walking to town and to the beaches. We would definitely recommend this condo!

FABULOUS river views!

We absolutely LOVED this property, I think our favorite part was the amazing patio. We would spend about 2-3 hours out there in the morning and then another hour or so in the afternoon, it was unbelievably peaceful! Accommodations were so cozy, and check-in/out could not have been easier! Also, A communication from Chad, he was so helpful and checked in from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown/riverside restaurants was a real plus, too! Would absolutely stay here again. :)

Best Stay ever!

This property was just beautiful and so clean. The view of the river, the sunrise, watching the pink moon rise, watching the parade of boats, everything was wonderful. South Haven is wonderful! So many wonderful restaurants, our favorites , which has Small plates, amzing martinis. Then The River Bottom, a speakeasy with amazing ambience and wonderul turkish food. Early Fall Stay

We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again on any future trips to the area. The unit was clean, bed comfortable, nicely decorated, and the communications with the owner throughout the process were good. The view of the boats coming and going on the river were great, with good views of the sunrises from the decks. Very close to the downtown area and beaches for walking and sunset viewing.

Great Condo with an amazing view

We did a short mid-week trip and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The condo is within walking distance to old harbor, the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and shops. We spent the evening out on the balcony watching the boats come in from the lake.

Perfect location!

My husband and three kids stayed for four nights and had a wonderful stay. The booking process and check in were so easy thanks to the wonderful communication from Chad. We knew exactly what to expect when we got there and were given a great guide with explanations of things in the condo, surrounding area and recommendations on restaurants. My favorite thing was waking up in the cozy master bedroom with a view of the black river. Enjoyed reading a book with a cup of tea on the bedroom balcony. The condo was spacious for our family and clean. Chad checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The best thing about the place was the location. We were able to walk into town to all of the fun shops and restaurants. We could easily walk to the smaller beaches. We could have walked to north beach, but with kids, coolers and beach toys we decided to make the quick drive. We found free parking near the beach on the street each day. This was our first time to Soouth Haven and we absolutely loved it! We would definitely recommend staying in this condo! Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing stay and great location

My family really enjoyed staying here. We all loved watching the boats and my toddler even caught a fish. The home was clean and compared to a lot of places, pretty toddler friendly! (Minimal sharp corners and breakable objects). The location was perfect, since we were a short walk from the town area, and a 15 minute walk from the beach. The only minor issue we had was that the listing said we were in condo 13, but the places used letters. Luckily there was a picture of the front door decor and we were able to locate the correct door. We loved this place!
