We have stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed. In walking distance to movies, dining options and convenience store. Within a short drivong distance of other attractions and dining options. Will be visiting again.

Cozy hotel

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, plus conveniently located near some restaurants and movie theater within walking distance. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but liked how tea/coffee and hot chocolate were available anytime.

I’ve stayed at this property several times while visiting the University of Rhode Island. Always a winner! This visit was good but there were a few small issues - two holes in the wall that we plugged with tissues, a hole in the wall in the bathroom (also plugged it), and shower faucet detached from all slightly). It’s probably time for some paint upgrades on hall doors and major carpet cleaning. It’s still my go-to but would love to see some improvements.

Was your average hotel. Pleasant and competent staff. Room was neat and clean. Only one waste basket and it was in the bathroom. Major problem was with the TV, lots of channels etc. However it did not work. A very pleasant gentleman came down and he determined that he couldn’t get it to work either. We were offered a Change rooms. Do to commitments for the evening and we leaving in the morning we declined. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again.

Stay was fine, bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate. Warm fireplace in the lobby was very welcoming and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was that 4 out of 5 cardio machines were "Out of Service"... can't really call that a Fitness Center, can you?
