Everything was great except the vents smelled very weird for brief periods of time. Kinda smelled like someone had broken into our room and used our toilet. Other than that great staff, great location, and very comfortable beds.

Loved the property. Room was clean and well kept. The areas was easily accessible to many activities and dining options without the hassle of too much traffic and crowd. Waking up every morning to the view of the lake was one of the highlights of our trip.

ATTENTION PET OWNERS

Do they allow pets? Sure. But what they don’t tell you until you get there is you cannot leave them unattended. So if you have a romantic dinner planned or hitting the slopes, make sure you take your animals. Ridiculous. Also the hotel sits on a busy road so it can be loud, especially the lake view room.

Location is pet friendly if you are looking for quiet this is not the location dogs barking throughout the night. Don’t recommend bottom floor loud from all the creaking and walking above. Office staff was friendly. They do not clean your room until check out no beds remade, no refreshing of towels. Beds not comfy very firm.
