The loft area very small and difficult to move around the bed with the TV mount and closet so close to the bed. Also, TV in living area mounted very high on the wall above the fireplace and difficult to view sitting on the couch.Need a few changes.

Condo was fine. However the listing did not mention the only bathroom being on first floor when only bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs. Elevator did not work going down from our third floor. Water was shut off for half a day without notice. Overall condition of building and elevator was well worn. Again actual condo was clean

Nice condo
The condo is nice especially for 2 people. We had a problem with the smoke alarm on our last day. The battery needed to be changed so it started chirping at about 5 am. Other than that everything was really nice. The lake is right there and the pool area is great and easy to get to.

Super cozy & upgraded unit!
The unit was twice as beautiful, in person, as it was online. My girlfriend and I stayed for my birthday and had a great time. The location is a perfect walking distance to restaurants/bars or the lake. Super nice and upgrade details within the unit. Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!

Had fun! Nice condo! My only complaints are that the tv, fire place do not work, its a bit loud with traffic because of being so close to the highway. You do not see the lake,its actually mountain and highway view. This is a great location for walking to the beach and shops. The over-all stay was very fun!

Nice South Lake Tahoe Spot
We were delighted to find this adorable loft style condo for an affordable family vacation in South Lake Tahoe. It was just off the main stretch enough to be quieter but close enough to walk or ride. There was both beach and pool access which was nice but one of the pools displayed (by the beach) was not accessible with the code (only the one attached to the resort). Negatives were minor: The condo wasn't fully equipped with cooking items (like oven MITs and basic spices or cooking spray so you will want to bring your own). There was a good amount of cookware and plates and glasses though. It was located within a codo community/resort but since it was private, was not part of the shuttle service unfortunately. It would have been nice to utilize this especially during such a busy time with limited parking throughout town but not the end of the world. Overall a great stay and we would return.

Our unit was nicely decorated and relaxing. Our only complaints are the hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable, the floors were dirty and we had to clean them, the dishes had debris on them requiring us to wash all of them, and the patio was very dirty, to be fair there is construction going on and a lot of pollen. The overall facility was very clean and the employees were all super nice and helpful.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and the amenities were all pretty good. My only issue was the lack of ventilation while cooking I the stove top. I always enjoy staying at this set of homes because the area is safe and it's pretty much near wherever you want to go in Tahoe.

Ideal location and condo size
Overall renting this property was a pretty smooth process. The apartment was clean, and had the necessary appliances to cook. Also it’s fairly close to the village area and the heavenly resort.

The lodge was older and smaller than we thought. It was nice to have a kitchen so we can cook - came with all the things we needed to prepare our meals. There are grocery stores nearby to get what you need if you don’t want to pack too much. The bathroom is small. You cannot have 2 people in there at one time. There is a bath/shower with shower curtains. There were some stains on the curtain liner and we saw some hair on the groun. It is located in a convenient area where you can walk and/or drive to get to different places. The beach is only a block or so away so it was nice to be able to walk there. If you want to have the beach right in the backyard, you’ll need to rent one of the other units. The bed upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress is higher on the two sides but slopes down in the middle. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the two sides, avoiding the middle. When we lifted the mattress, we realized that instead of buying one big spring box to fit the mattress, two smaller size spring boxes were put together and therefore, was causing the slope in the middle. When we checked in, I also found some hair on the pillows, so I took the 3 new pillowcases from the closet and put it over the pillows. With the pandemic, I thought the housekeeping was going to be much more thorough, but am a little disappointed at some of the things we noticed. Overall, it was an okay unit. We will probably book someplace nicer next time.

The unit was dusty, in disrepair, balcony covered in cobwebs. Shelves falling off, shower curtain barely hanging on, locks coming off slider, one wash cloth provided, Noisy air conditioner and fans to keep unit cool. The property is nice. Beach was lovely.

Beautiful room, but very loud. Not for those wanting R&R.
This condo is located facing the road and pool. This makes it very loud all throughout the day. The walls are also paper thin. I had to call the front desk twice as the room next to us was yelling and screaming way past quiet hours non stop. Noise is an issue for me being I have a toddler and his good sleep equals my sanity. I am also a light sleeper. The view is lacking since if you sit in the patio the cars just zoom by the majority of the time. The room itself is lovely. Gorgeous decor and very clean. Also convenient, short walk to food and other attractions. Nice to be a short walk to the private lake but it was dirty. Not what you expect of Tahoe.

Cute Lofted Condo, walk to the Lake
This unit was perfect for a 4 day stay! It is super cute, very comfortable, had everything we needed, cute balcony, the decor was thoughtful and the loft where the bed is, was awesome!! We walked down to the lake to watch the sunset, and being so close to the main town was convenient to go to shops & the casino & jet skiing. Definitely recommend this place!
