The hotel looked nice and the staff was friendly and breakfast the next morning was very good. However the bed was rock hard and the walls were paper thin as i could hear the screaming/crying and generally loud kids next door that kept me awake until 2am. When i requested to move to a different room i found out i couldn't as they were booked full. The employee did go ask for the family with loud kids to quiet down but probably less than 5 minutes later they were noisy again. So as long as you dont get stuck next to a rude family that dosnt bother to control there kids you could probably have a pretty nice night.

I have stayed at this property a few other times and never had any problems, but it was a different story this time. Staff was still excellent, very friendly and helpful on check in. My room was not great. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with an extremely strong odor of Indian food, BO, and cheap cologne. The smell was concentrated mainly on the comforter, so it was clear it hadn't been washed. Sheets were clean and smelled okay. I also found trash under the bed, so attention to detail in cleaning is definitely lacking now. As I was carrying my stuff outside in the morning, both trips I observed cleaning staff sitting on beds in nearby rooms talking and standing around in the halls talking. Maybe if they paid a bit more attention to their duties and not making it social hour, the rooms would be cleaned properly. Don't think I will stay here again after this experience.

It was adequate for a quick in and out overnight stay, but not for a family vacation. Also, I was allergic to the sheets, so I ended up sleeping on top of the blanket. Maybe you should use detergent for sensitive skin or cut down on the bleach. If I come back, I will bring a sleeping bag to use on top of the bed.

After having been on the road for 8 days with my disabled, elderly mother, my daughter, 2 yr old grandson and our service animals it was a welcome experience as we had to book last minute because of a previous negative experience at another location nearby. Will definitely recommend. The rooms were lovely and each door with its own design. Breakfast was great and being pet friendly was a bonus.

Checked in around 10pm, went to the front desk and nobody was there, we called several times (as instructed) from the lobby phone but nobody answered, eventually a lady showed up and quickly checked us into the room. Room was large enough but had daylight (blue colored) LED lighting instead of warm or neutral colors, it wasn’t very relaxing. There’s ere plenty of USB-A ports which was a bonus USB-C would have been much nicer. The room was quiet despite being next to the interstate. The shower and bathroom were very clean, however the shower suffered from low water pressure, We slept okay, wasn’t great but it was quiet and the mattress wasn’t bad so I can’t complain about that. The hotel breakfast was probably the largest disappointment. They had mediocre sausage, very poor eggs (probably powdered), waffles and little else. The English muffin was dry and not very good, no hard boiled eggs, yogurt or other protein. Overall- Friendly Staff Decent Beds Mediocre Shower Mediocre Breakfast If the price was decent so I’d stay again, but it’s not on the top of my list.

The TV remote was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while it had gunk built up by the numbers. I had a hard time keeping the room cool because the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. There was a family that stayed above were very loud so between that and the hard as a rock bed it was really hard to sleep

Great place to stop for the night. Evening front desk staff at check in was really friendly. Same could not be said for the morning staff. Other than that, everything was exactly as we expected.
