What a mistake
Room was dirty dishes werent washed properly, bathroom stank of urine for our whole stay blankets also stunk of cigarette (even though the cabins are no smoking) just really disappointing overall would have rather spent my money elsewhere

Lovely holiday park. Unfortunately our cabin wasn't very clean on arrival, and after conversations with staff, it was obvious the cleaners were busy and had rushed. Otherwise great simple family friendly park that is walking distance to Horseshoe Bay.

Bed was so comfortable. Cabin was clean, neat and well appointed. Gate on verandah so pets cant wander off. (We had a cabin allowing our dog.) Staff helpful and courteous. Will definately stay again!!

We stayed for just a single night on a drive back from Sydney to Brisbane. The deluxe cabin was absolutely amazing! Lots of space and excellent condition. Arranged for late arrival by phone in the morning, but ended up just arriving before office closed. We expect to return again bringing our caravan as we didn’t get to explore a whole lot due to pouring weather.

Tidy compact cabin that was great for what I needed it for. The park feels safe and secure and all obeyed speed limits. Bed was comfy and the interior felt well insulated, cabin was clean but with normal wear and tear and an oldish tiny bathroom thats possibly soon due for a reno but does the job. I found mobile reception patchy (optus) and wifi slow, just for anyone else needing to work while there.

The accomodation inside the property was fantastic. On the outside the was a fire place not functioning, the BBQ didn’t work(we did get maintenance to have a look and they managed to get a section of the BBQ working) and no outside lights were working. We did mention this to the office on the way out and they were defensive and not very polite when these were raised. The disappointing thing about it all was is that they knew about the issues. They contacted us during the week about our checkin details and could have explained these things. Even when we checked in they still did not mention the issues. There was nothing on the details when we booked through hotels.com either to allow us to make a decision either. The park it’s self is great, the accommodation was fantastic it was just disappointing that we paid good money and were let down by these few things that could have easily been communicated by many people with plenty of opportunities. Thanks Danielle.

We loved our short but sweet stay at South West Rocks. The lady that greeted us when we arrived & left was so lovely. It’s close to town. The grounds and cabin were clean and well kept. They have amazing amenities. We are already planning our trip back for when our 6 month old is a bit older and can play in the water😍 Thank you!

Loved one way traffic, peaceful with wildlife roaming so close, whole area was clean and tidy. Only disappointment was no fresh towels during our 5 day stay and no replenishment of coffee/tea. No biggy though and looking forward to next time we visit.

The park is on a river which is nice. It has a boat ramp and fish cleaning facilities which is handy. It was also very clean. My biggest gripe is the room sizes. I was in a two bedroomed cabin but we had to walk sideways at the bottom of the bed as there was so little room. There was also insufficient room in the bedroom for a suitcase which had to be left in the lounge.
