South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

whilst the unit was roomy and well situated,the whole property was very rundown and dirty. the entrance to the property hasnt been cleaned in ages, as were the garage area and patio BBQ areas, walls in the unit are marked and the bathroom shower screens, tiles and toilet bowls. shelf fitting in fridge is broken and wont stay on the door. cooktop overhead light is broken.some kitchen cupboard doors are broken and wont close properly.

No linen at all, place was filthy, one roll of toilet paper, all in all decent spot and good sized apartment but the bloke who was having a hammer fest at 8-9-10:00 at night can eat a bag of d****, good price for what it is but miles from 5 star

Large 3 bed unit , could do with a few little things like a new BBQ as it was very grubby and some of the lights didn't work but overall a nice large spacious unit. Can get quite warm as there is no air conditioning and you don't get any sea breeze either, it's in a central location right next to shops and a short still to the beach

Nothing flash for the price
I misread the part about no line - my bad, but there was supposed to be an email with details of linen hire company. No where to easily buy line in SW Rocks. Place had a smell and is very outdated. The add says it has Foxtel, signal is bad and snowy black and white - no movies just basic package. Car park was taken when we go back from dinner the person took up two spots. We wouldn’t be back.
