Smelly room with a view
Hotel is very busy, could not check in an hour early. Left all our bags in an in monitored room? Nice they gave me a wine glass to use in the room, has to go to the bar for ice. Our room , view over the working harbour and park,nice. But it smelled of mildew? Recently flooded???very strong for. We just had a light apple “dinner”. They seemed displeased that we were not having a meal. Then we were charged 10% service fee for toast and beer!!!Seems quite cheeky! Love the bed, pillows and black out curtains..

The employees couldn't have been nicer. Jose loaned me me an adapter to charge my iphone. Employees were absolutely wonderful. Left for a cruise the next morning and everybody wanted to leave at the same time. The two elevators were really jammed up. Not a big deal if I had known. Big plus we walked right over to our ship.

Great option if you are on a cruise from Southamto
Could not be more convenient for a pre cruise overnight stay in Southampton. A short walk to the cruise terminal or you can take a cab. Also close to the city center.

Convenient pre-cruise stay
We stayed overnight before taking a cruise out of Southampton. The service was excellent, providing us with a view room, giving us helpful information about what is nearby and more. The room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds, nice bath products and good sized towels. It was very conveniently located for our needs, as we were without a personal vehicle. Great stay for our needs.

It was great for 1 night before cruise. Walkable distance to NCL terminal. No restaurants were close by, but hotel had decent menu for reasonable prices. Biggest negative was only 2 elevators which were very slow. Took 15 to 30 minutes to get to lobby to depart. Front desk staff were very helpful about getting cab, etc.
