This is a charming and well-equipped rental. It was convenient to everything. The host was very responsive although nothing at all was wrong, we just wanted to check in a little earlier and we were able to so. I was not thrilled so here I see you. The place was well

Camellia Cottage just can’t be beat for location, cleanliness and comfort. It includes driveway parking and is only a short walk to all of the charming stores on Broad Street in downtown Southern Pines. I’ve stayed here 3 times, and it will always be my first choice in SP fora

Adorable cottage, close to everything
We had such an amazing time in this adorable cottage. We walked to everything and were able to come back in the afternoon and relax on the front porch in the rocking chair gliders. Host is very responsive and gave great suggestions on things to do. There is also a binder with favorite spots! Highly recommend 10/10!!

A real gem
This is the second time I have stayed in Camellia Cottage. One could not ask for a more perfect accommodation. It is located in a very nice neighborhood only a few blocks from the charming Southern Pines downtown. There is a driveway which makes unloading the car as well as safe parking quite easy. Both times I have stayed at the Cottage, it has been clean and beautifully stocked …so much more comfortable than a motel. Host Angela is a delight to work with. She goes out of her way to be helpful and responds quickly to any communication. This Cottage will be my top choice whenever I am headed to Southern Pines,

Perfect Location! Cutest, most comfortable cottage we’ve ever stayed in!
We loved this cottage. It was close to all of the great restaurants, shopping and bars in Southern Pines! We had more fun here than our usual pre-NYE spots of Boone, Asheville and Wilmington. The house is one street from the main part of downtown Southern Pines, but is still so quiet. We slept great both nights! The house is perfect and provides all the comforts of home! Thank you so much!

Quaint cottage
A lot of positives about this property: location is great, excellent communication with owner, really good air conditioning, off street covered parking. Some things to be aware of: the bathroom is very tight. My husband (wasn't with me) is a big guy and would have had a hard time in the space. The mattresses are very soft if that is a problem for some (not for me). I would probably stay there again if I travel alone.

Location, location, location
Southern Pines is a great town, perfect for our 2 week holiday. The house is a 5 minute walk from downtown and therefore close to restaurants and shops, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Our host quickly got us access to some tv channels, but no cable was available on arrival - the ad now says "no cable", but didn’t at the time we booked. We have never had that situation before. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par. I am sure the hosts can remedy that with the cleaning service.

Great Location - Be Aware of Active Train Nearby
The cottage was great. Very clean. Location is excellent for walking downtown Southern Pines. Be aware that there is an active train that runs frequently through downtown, which is one block away from the cottage. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall we had a wonderful time, and would recommend the location for others who want to be close to downtown Southern Pines.
