The Cuore Verde farmhouse, in an unspoiled nature, between the art of historic centers and medieval villages, welcomes its guests in a rural villa of the seventeenth century. It is located on the slopes of a hill with olive groves and woods in a naturalistic oasis of 18 hectares completely fenced, conducted with the practice of organic farming, of which the company was a pioneer in Umbria, 2 km from Spello. Recently restored and finely furnished with antique furniture, the agriturismo has three apartments inside the main villa and two adjacent ones, as well as a cottage on the hill.
The Alloro apartment includes the entire second floor of the main building. It consists of a small entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a large studio with a double bed, a small and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower.
In the summer season for those wishing to eat in the garden we provide exclusive and at no extra cost the large semi-professional kitchen on the ground floor with direct access from the garden itself.
The pool is heated with solar panels and open from April to October and equipped with an aquatic treadmill
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be within walking distance of Villa of Mosaics.

A great place
We, a family of four, stayed at this lovely villa for one week, during the end of July and beginning of August. The place is stunning and had a wonderful pool area, trampoline and a football game for the kids. We had our rooms on the second floor and were able to use the downstairs kitchten which had everything you needed. During our stay it was very hot (35-39 degrees) and even though there were fans in our rooms it was not enough, AC would have given this place a full score. Other than that, it was absolutely beautiful and Livia, the owners niece, was really kind, she gifted us tomatoes and zucchini from their farm. They also gifted us amazing olive oil and lentils from their farm as a welcome present.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus/Whg. im Herzen der Natur
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus/Whg., es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern!!! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Das ganze Haus / Whg. ist sauber, ordentlich, alles vorhanden !!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen!!! Vielen Dank für alles !!!

Beautiful place in a great position
it s ckeaniest holiday rental we've ever had. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this apt to anybody any time! Next time I hope I will be able to get an apartment on the ground floor that opens onto the beautiful courtyard or the house on the hill. The pool is really super. The whole property is a dream. In a few minutes (by car) you can reach a supermarket and all other kinds of shops and the beatiful town of Spello. And all around in a short distance, there are dozen of other great towns to visit. Checking was fast and smooth. I really appreciated the complimentary soap and shampoos etc that we were given. They were extra quality and made here in Spello with olive oil. I liked them so much that I went and bought some of these products to take home! All in all a great experience. Thanks!!
