Suurin ongelma tiedotus eri asioista. Huono palvelu englanniksi.Huono buffee hintaansa nähden. Ruoka valikoima suppea niin altaalla kuin ravintoloissa. Hintaansa nähden surkea palvelu ,olisi odottanut parempaa. Ainut positiivinen kokemus aamupala oli riittvän monipuolinen. Mitään hintoja eri palveluista ei huoneessa eikä television info sivuilla. Ja lisäksi kielitaidottomuus vastaanotossa.
