We had a lovely experience. The woman who check us in was amazing. Above and beyond. Only complaint is that the dog area was covered in dog poo. My wife picked up up half a dozen piles to make sure our dogs did not step in it. When we left, there was food leftovers and trash thrown all over the ground at the back door. Tricky with dogs. We realize it’s tough to manage all spaces and we would stay again. Just our feedback.

It looks fancy from the outside, a castle on a hill, but from the inside it is just an old outdated overpriced hotel/motel (there are rooms on first floor with outside access).

First time in a Holiday Inn in the USA. Very impressed. Usually use Best Western but this one in Spokane was far better, especially the size of room, modernity and breakfast. Will use again.

The hotel's location was ideal; it was easy to explore the area and return to the hotel for a restful retreat. I also liked the way it was built on a rock and looks like a castle, also enjoyed the stunning view of the city from my window. The breakfast buffet was good enough with fresh, high-quality options that made each morning a pleasure. A standout feature of my stay was the complimentary afternoon snack. This wasn’t just a light bite, but it was a generous spread that could easily serve as a hearty dinner. From savory pastries and sandwiches to fresh salad and sweets, the selection was abundant and satisfying. It was a delightful surprise that added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I surely would recommend it.
