The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. There were a bunch of kids staying and being loud above, but other than that, it was great. Definitely will stay there again.

Location to downtown and Gonzaga was great. The hotel was overbooked for rooms with two beds so we were put into a room with one bed and a sleeper that next to the (noisy) elevator. When I called the front desk to share my dissatisfaction the manager moved us into a room with two beds. Not sure how/why that occurred but we were quite grateful!

This is such a beautiful property. Our room was clean, smelled great, and I love the walk-in shower. The young woman who checked us in was wonderful and helpful. Appetizers in the lobby were delicious.

Beautiful hotel with a good breakfast, pleasant staff, fabulous bedding. I usually take my own pillow when we stay at hotels…..not necessary with this hotel. Good strong shower with plenty of hot water. My only complaint is parking. There are not enough slots when the hotel is full. You can actually be forced to park elsewhere on a busy night and make your own way up the hill.

We had a lovely experience. The woman who check us in was amazing. Above and beyond. Only complaint is that the dog area was covered in dog poo. My wife picked up up half a dozen piles to make sure our dogs did not step in it. When we left, there was food leftovers and trash thrown all over the ground at the back door. Tricky with dogs. We realize it’s tough to manage all spaces and we would stay again. Just our feedback.
