The rooms are spacious but it’s an old run down motel that they’re trying to upgrade. Terrible musty moldy air quality, no elevator!! Bathtub looks like it will give you a disease. I was scared to walk barefoot. Signs in the lobby said no smoking drugs in the room or else and NO CATS. (Dogs okay though)…. Staff was pleasant, bed was comfy and we didn’t get murdered. I’d rate it 5 stars if it was $59/night

Close to everything, staff was great. The property needs updating on the exterior. It needs to be cleaned up outside. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Do not recommend to stay here if you have a family. They didn’t have clean sheets when I asked for the dirty ones with pet hair on them to be changed, they told me they will wash some and get back to me.

The bed was hard and pillows way too soft. The bathtub had hair in it that was not ours and there was a metal prong sticking out of one of the outlets. I chose this establishment because I know the level of care and service it has so I was a little disappointed.

Lobby is very dated looking. Front desk was like a fortress. Breakfast was limited. Hairdryer in room that was originally mounted on the wall was in a bag and receptacle didn’t work, but girl at front desk was very helpful in getting a working one.

I was double charged upon check in!! I was told it would “fall off” and be refunded. I stayed two nights. I asked about the double charge when checking out. I was told “it was requested” I called a little over a week later and was told the same thing! It’s been almost 20 days and no refund or communication of any kind.

We arrived at our room Thursday evening and the room wasn’t very clean. Bedding had black marks, dirty hand prints on the wall, floors were sticky, carpet was dirty and had food on it. Saturday morning I asked at the front desk for our room to be cleaned as is was dirty. When we got back nothing had been done. Towels weren’t switched and no cleaning done at all.

The bathroom in our room was horrible. The molding around the tub was coming off. The faucets in the tub and shower were corroded. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were previously used. The breakfast was not good no fresh fruit, eggs were peeled and sitting in a container that had water in the bottom. Opened our curtains to view homeless camp!

DO NOT STAY HERE Dirty: urine stains on the toilet seat. Pubic hairs on the sink and in the shower. No top sheet on the bed, only a fitted, so you have to sleep with a dirty comforter against your body. I left a bag of dirty laundry in my room and called a day later to inquire about it. The attendant said they would check but never called back. Called the next day, same thing; said they'd check, never called back. Called the following day and was hung up on, then no one would answer the phone the next 10 times I called. Called again the next morning and was told "they didn't find it", which is A LIE; the half-full mesh laundry bag was impossible to miss, they just stole it or threw it away, bc they didn't want to help me recover my items. DO NOT STAY HERE.
