The reviews were good so we decided to try something new but when we got there the room smelled like penetrated cigarettes. The beds didn’t seem to of been made and a little trash on the floor.

We so enjoyed our visit in Spokane. I've been staying at this hotel even made it better. They have their own restaurant ambar. The rooms were so clean. The showers are awesome and they're very pet friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Great value for the money
Great location next to the river trail. Easy walk to the Podium, where my kid was competing in a track meet. Also a quick walk to downtown and Riverfront Park, so lots to do in the area. The Van Gogh exhibit is across the parking lot. Much better value than the other hotels in the area. It is an older apartment complex that has been renovated. Not the newest/ fanciest rooms but they are big, clean, and comfortable. Very nice restaurant onsite that has tasty, affordable food at happy hour. We ate there twice. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating --they let us check in early. Parking is free. I wish they had free breakfast but can't complain for the price.

We had a late check-in on a Saturday evening which went smoothly and the entire stay was pleasant right through our late departure Monday morning. SHOCKED TO THINK THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A FOUR OR FIVE STAR RATING!!! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they only required an additional $25 for our dog to be there, they did not charge a deposit.
