The accommodation is very good. It is close to the center of Springfield. The rooms are good. The staff is extremely friendly. We had an accident and had to go to the hospital. The gentleman at the reception helped us immediately and supported us in the process. We would like to thank the whole team again. If we are in the area again, we will book the hotel.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Super grosses Zimmer, gut eingerichtet. Einzig, das Frühstück könnte es besser sein, viele Esswaren waren nicht auffüllbar, da nicht verfügbar.

Smoothest check in ever, very nice and helpful staff, room is not so modern but very clean and you have everything you need even a micro. Close to the city centre.
