The air conditioning was very loud and made sleeping difficult. Also, there was no bottled water available in the entire hotel, even for purchase. The front desk said they had run out and were waiting for future supplies.

Booked 2 nights. Both elevators were out of order. Room was musty. Bedspread moist. Mild in shower. They switched our room the next day and the front desk supervisor said they will refund our stay but we would have to deal with Expedia. We had to carry out luggage down 2 floors. Below standard that I would expect for 3 star property.

This property was under repair. The first floor was being renovated. Both elevators were not working for 24 hours, and then only 1 elevator was back in service. These items should have been noted on the website!
