We've stayed here several times and keep coming back because it's dependably a well-run, well-kept hotel. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, the property is well-maintained and clean, the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting--the rooms have little kitchenettes in them, and you could stay here comfortably if you needed to be here for longer than a night or two. We highly recommend!

One of the nicest rooms that we have ever stayed in, and we are Hilton Honors members (though I forgot to connect our stay to our account because I had scheduled through Expedia). Everything was extremely clean EXCEPT the sofa bed- when we opened it up, the mattress cover had dead bugs and short curly hairs on it. My expectation is that house cleaning never even checked it... When I asked the front desk if they could clean it while we were out for a few minutes, they gave us a fresh set of sheets to do it ourselves. Definitely willing to give the place another try, but I think our first experience was subpar.

I have stayed here several times for work but this time was a last. I feel like I was being pranked with how bad this last visit was. I arrived late to the property 11pm and when I got to the room with my sleeping kids the room was dirty. Bathroom and kitchen were filthy. It was obvious that no one had cleaned but the sheets and towels were clean so I cleaned it myself. I spent the night cold because our king size bed had queen sheets. I had asked the front desk for new sheets and that never happened so night two was cold . They also decided to fill the pool with chemicals right at the pool open time. So my morning. Swim with the kids was ruined and the staff “yeah so”……. I will take my business elsewhere

I liked the newness of the property. All common areas were clean. Our room was missing a towel and a washcloth. There were 3 mugs in cabinets instead of 4 which suggests a lack of attention to cleaning and restocking rooms. It just felt unsettling and made me wonder if the room was cleaned at all or was given a once over and looked good enough to appear clean. There were only 2 creamers provided for coffee instead of 4. No disposable cups available in the rooms. Kitchen floor felt greasy on my feet. The lights in the hotel room were excessively bright; the only soft light was the microwave light(yeah I searched that extensively!) All of the staff are completely professional, courteous and hardworking which I very much appreciate.
