The employees were nice. But, between the bed, pillows being too hard, the bedding feeling like they were too starchy (but clean) and the guests in the room upstairs being so noisy all night, I didn't get much sleep the 3 nights I was there (which meant I was very tired during my 7 hour drive home). And the towels felt like the bedding and made me itch, as though I was allergic to what they used to wash them. The hallway on the second floor smelled funny. And the ice machine on the second floor was out of order during my entire stay. If I ever stay in Springfield again, I do not believe that I will be staying here again.

Filthy and dilapidated.. dirty diaper, cans, and trash in the parking lot, inside hasn’t been painted in forever. Surprisingly the room was neat and appeared clean, but I had no hot water, and when asking staff, I got nowhere. Checked out a day early. Most places would compensate, but not a word mentioned. The area around the place is surrounded by out of business shops.. I didn’t feel safe. Propped a chair under my door at night. Noisy staff all through the night! Save your money.
