This elegant place would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing ,peaceful exciting getaway. Property has serene countryside, standout natural layout to impress rural escape will have you "living the dream". this is a rare family haven completed by a spacious homestead with expansive rural countryside views.

Country paradise estate feel a sense of the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle of country living. Property has 4 bed rooms each having queen size bed , master bed room has attached with large ensuite and have separate toilet, Spa, second bathroom is shared with other bedrooms and two other powder rooms ( toilet) . There are three living area in the house and one small section of living room can be used as 5th bedroom having two single bed to accommodate more people and one corner of the living have computer table and chair with LCD monitor . The house is well equipped with induction cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave , coffee machine, BBQ, all essential cookware and condiments, two smart tv's 65 inch and 55 inch respectively allocated in two different lining areas with Wi-Fi , 3 split reverse cycle heating and cooling, traditional wood fire heater, washing machine, dryer, pool table and books, toys for kids.

House living areas are open where you can sit and enjoy the ambiance of viewing kangaroos in the paddocks surrounding the house and looking at mountain.

*This is a no-party property( Except family gathering or meeting with friends) . The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is 10 people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to 5 people. No more than a maximum of 15 people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

* we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules .

Home away from home
The home is much better than described which is unusual. Very clean, very comfortable, games room for kids, snooker table for the adults, Netflix & wi fi. Beds, linen, bathroom accessories excellent, spa, shower with good water pressure, toilet & walk in wardrobe in main bedroom, fresh towels, shampoo etc. 2 showers plus 4 toilets, wash basins, no lining up for large group. Full size kitchen with everything needed including coffee machine, induction cooktop, oven, microwave. Dining room with TV, full size loungeroom with quality lounge & large TV Peacefull location, no noise, absolute silence & kangaroos in the paddocks. The host was also very helpful organising extra beds for the 9 of us before we arrived, 4 king/queen size beds, 2 singles, polite & prompt communication. Close proximity to Canberra with a farm style rural feel.
