Very underwhelming

The only advantage is the location. Other than that, there's too much misleading information about the hotel. They claim to have spa - it's not there (third party located outside of hotel. You can only book a massage in your room. I don't want that). Ski gear storage - nonexistent. The receptionists' manager (or senior receptionist, IDK) rather rudely talked to us when we asked for this gear storage. Pool is too small and not very clean. Hot tub is okay. Gym is bad. But the worst is their pillows. The most uncomfortable in my life. I simply couldn't sleep. They're stiff, clumpy and just horrible.

Very nice hotel but in Winter it lacks amenities for the price and lobby under construction, so lacked warmth of ambience. Restaurant food was fair. Would have liked coffee option in lobby as we are not Keurig fans. Overall just feel price point is high for offerings.

Despite being under construction, we had a great stay. Staff was awesome, views were nice. Parking under building was great. Price point for off season was a bit steep, but still a nice play to stay.
