Kennedy Inn is a historic treasure. My bed was comfortable, I got a nice welcome by staff, and the inn itself was in good shape! The small room and thin walls were from a bygone era so I appreciated that, but the 90s furniture and lack of thought around guest needs were poor. Handwritten taped signs, no bedside table and lamp, no garbage can in bathroom, no info on the area, etc etc. I could go on. Also, the live entertainment was supposed to end at 10 but it went on and on way after. I would not stay here again.

Kennedy House is an incredible historic building and since we stayed in off season, it was incredibly quiet. Theren s a restaurant on site but we did not take advantage of that. The decor is incredible with period pieces in the hallways and rooms, however it seems time to do some updates to the rooms. The bathroom really needed some work with broken and cracked tiles in the tub/shower area and baseboards needing paint. The bed was comfortable but the carpet should be replaced. The fact that it is a charming old heritage building makes it a unique place to stay, if a few updates were done.

Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Nice old hotel, nice staff, nice room, great restaurant and great location. Loved everything about our stay at the Kennedy House.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Andrews at the Kennedy Inn. We had dinner there both night and had two nights of incredible food. We cant wait to visit again! Thanks for your hospitality.

The hotel is old, but seemed to be clean. I didn't like the bed so it made sleeping very difficult. The mattress was ok, it was the old wooden bed frame. Every move my wife and I made it would make terrible loud noise. Plus the room was on the second floor but you could smell all the odors from the kitchen

Kennedy House was chosen over other hotels because of the historical nature which appealed to us. The hotel did have an elevator which was convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet. The bathroom had been modernized, however the commode should have been brought into the 21st century. After the end of September, few places of interest are open and it would have been nice to have had that information upon arrival. Disappointed that we were not able to visit Minister's Island, Hope that future visitors will take note of the tides.
