Clean & convenient
Overall the room was clean but could use some upgrades. It was in a good area & convenient. The main problem I had was because they were fully booked & there was a lot of noise thru the night. But it was a very clean room with soft towels & the room had a pleasant smell.

It's an older hotel, the floor was sticky, had to wear shoes at all times, the neighbors fought all night every day, not sure if they live there full time. The beds did have a mattress cover, so that is a plus, overall it wasn't that bad, it was a place to sleep for a couple nights.

Good location next to the outlet mall and co-located with an IHOP (which is excellent BTW). The room was nice though the metal stand that the bed sat on was like a tiny drum when I got in our out of bed.

Older but comfortable motel
We stayed at the Days Inn on our way down to Ft Lauderdale. The motel was older but kept tidy and it had an IHOP restaurant in the same complex. Our room opened up to the courtyard, as did most. The room had been updated with luxury vinyl flooring and new bedding. While the room was "no frills", it was clean, AC worked great, and bathroom/shower was in good shape. Bed was comfortable and linens soft. Since bldg was older, you didnt hear a lot of outside noise. Check-in was easy. If you stayed at motel, you received a 10% discount at IHOP.

Encountered cockroaches. The property is filthy, the ice machines located outside are rancid and streaked with a mysterious brown liquid, the wi-fi is slow enough to compete with dial-up, and if you're unlucky, like me, to find a cockroach crawling down the mirror towards your luggage, management WILL NOT give you a refund. I have stayed in many hotels before, but NEVER will I stay at a Wyndham again. Thankfully I booked through Expedia. It took an hour but they did refund me. I got no sleep whatsoever, and as I'm writing this, it's 2AM and I am picking through my belongings to make sure I am not carrying their infestation home with me. Absolutely disgusting.
