It was undergoing renovation while we were there. However the work was done quickly and the areas being worked on were clearly marked. When painting or dust producing it was draped and did not enter the area being used by the guest. The staff was friendly and professional. They answered questions and were very helpful.

Construction Zone Disaster Area--Stay Away!
Ongoing renovations have made the hotel a place to avoid. Renovated rooms mostly nice, though the in-room refrigerator looks like it was rescued from a dumpster outside of a college dorm. The halls, elevators, and guest laundry room were a wreck. Water was turned off during our stay. Ice machine didn't work--no "out of order" sign. one of two washing machines and dryers didn't work--again no "out of order" sign. No coordination among staff. All problems blamed on absentee owners. Breakfast options awful.

The newly redone room was wonderful but the bed was about 38" high. The mini frig started squeeling about 1:00 am and had to unplug.

nice place for a great stay
our stay was great, very pleasant. very friendly crew, willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I will recommend this place to any friend and family without hesitation. There is renovation going on the first floor now. Hopefully very soon it will look very nice. Adding new carpets in hall ways will take the place to the next level.

Or stay was mixed. Well, everyone was friendly and accommodating, I requested a handicap accessible room. When we My room was a handicap accessible one. When we arrived, arrived, there was no bath chair in the shower so I had to request one. The toilet seat was not securely fastened so we made it request for service to fix it. They did that right away. We felt that the pillowcases had not been changed from a prior guest as it smelled like animal.

Wait til reno complete!
First of all, I clicked on the map icon that hotels.com put in my email - that took us 21 miles out of our way! Hotel itself is not a good choice right now. As of 09/2024, they are under much need renovations. Rugs in hall are very nasty and benches in bedrooms have gross upholstery. Corridors are closed off for construction- and the roadway around hotel is under construction as well. We had to have our room changed due to loud music in parking lot. Breakfast was lackluster and just meh. All egg omelets had peppers in them which my husband cannot eat. Not the best stay (but we have had worse!)
